WRAP community Aluminum Pour

  • Waunakee Library 201 North Madison Street Waunakee WI, 53597 United States (map)

In partnership with Create Waunakee and the Village of Waunakee, FeLion is hosting an aluminum casting workshop open to the community, held at the Waunakee Public Library on May 14, 2022.

Registration is just $5.00 to join, and participants can carve into a sand mold to design their creation, while having the opportunity to watch the metal metal and get poured into their creations that day.

This 1-day jam session will kickoff with a presentation from Alisa of FeLion Studios, and one of our event sponsors David Weiss, VP of R&D at Eck Industries in Manitowoc, WI. Dave is an expert in aluminum casting and serves as a leader in the metal casting industry and non-ferrous alloys. He will be there to answer any questions about the metal casting industry, how things are made, what Eck Industry produces, and will be enjoying the day metal casting alongside all of us.
