Hosting a safe & successful public iron pour event of this scale requires a variety of consumable resources that FeLion needs to replenish every time we light up our furnace to melt over 3,000 lbs of iron.

Equipment rentals such as dumpsters, bobcats, trailers, and dozens of consumable materials such as floor sand, metallurgical thermocouples, propane, fiber ladles, refractory lining for the furnace, extra safety gear, fuel coke, scrap iron, mold making tools, graphite, clay, cement board and grinder wheels are all part of every year's annual budget.

If your company manufactures or supplies any of the above materials or rentals, then you have a dynamic opportunity to sponsor one of our events at a “Material Sponsorship” level.

Benefits of material sponsorship are uniquely engaging, as your rental services or industrial products will be directly handled and in front of a crew of professional artists, high schools and universities who are at the event because they are either running a business or learning how to get connected to running a foundry program successfully in their schools.
